Schools and PRU
YTA Training currently run a construction training provision for schools in and around the Bradford district.
We run the City & Guilds 6218 in Basic Construction Skills that can be achieved at Entry Level 3 Award, Level 1 Award, Level 1 Certificate and Level 1 Diploma.
Since 2009 we have been a Pupil Referrel Unit for Bradford Education whilst successfully delivering various qualifications from awarding bodies EDI and City & Guilds to permanently excluded pupils.
Several schools have enrolled their pupils and are now taking advantage of what YTA have to offer. We are very flexible and can take a pupil from one day to five days per week.
All our staff are CRB checked, we have two named persons for Child Protection, we follow Education Bradford's safeguarding policy and all our staff undergo regular safeguarding training.
Our staff have the required trade qualifications plus the PTLLS teaching qualification at level 3 or 4. The majority of our staff also have the NVQ A1 Assessors Award and some the V1 Verifiers Award giving YTA a resource of staff that are trained and qualified to deliver and assess up to NVQ level 3 if required.

All our trainers undertake PTLLS Teacher Training in line with the current LLUK Standards.
YTA can help deliver a course and embed functional skills to suit a particular curriculum.
