We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
No booking will be regarded as confirmed unless the required deposit is received and receipted including a booking confirmation.
We ask for the remaining course balance to be paid on your arrival for the course.
All deposits are non – refundable in all instances. Courses may be re-arranged within reason. Reason being within 2 months of original start date.
Refunds are not available on the grounds of illness, change of mind, personal circumstance, complaint or perceived failure of the course to live up to expectation. (see complaints procedure).
Cancellations by clients that have paid in full will be refunded less deposit if the cancelation is received at least 8 weeks before course start date.
In extreme circumstance a course may be re-scheduled or cancelled by YTA, in this circumstance alternative course dates will be provided or refund offered in full.
If undertaking assessment, refunds are not available if result is not up to standards required by the awarding body.
We take all efforts to ensure you are safe on our premises and will monitor your working practice to ensure continued safety. We reserve the right to ask anyone who repeatedly refuses to comply to H&S requirements to leave our premises without recourse to refund.
It is the learner’s responsibility to conduct themselves in a safe manner guided and provisioned by YTA.
Verbal or physical abuse of staff will result in immediate ejection from premises with no recourse to refund.
