How to Book Your Nine-Week Package
Book and pay for the four ten-day courses online. Then email or call YTA to book your kitchen-fitting week under the offer and arrange its £75 supplement.
1. Book the Four Ten-Day Courses Online
- Open the plumbing, tiling, plastering and carpentry course pages linked below. Choose the standard or Level 1 version of each trade.
- Scroll to the bottom of each individual course page. Select an available course date and click Add to Cart. Add one ten-day course in each of the four trades.
- Check the dates for both weeks of every ten-day course so none of your training overlaps.
- Open your cart and pay in full. The four standard ten-day courses total £6,000. Choosing Level 1 for all four brings the online total to £7,600.
These four courses provide eight weeks of training, or 40 days. Leave kitchen fitting out of the cart when booking this package under the offer.
2. Contact YTA to Book the Kitchen-Fitting Week
Open the 5 Day Kitchen Fitting Course and look at the dates at the bottom. Choose your preferred available start date, without adding it to the cart.
Email info@ytatraining.com or call 01274 682199 and say:
“I have booked the four ten-day courses for the Nine-Week Ultimate Package. Please book my kitchen-fitting week under the current offer.”
Give us your name, telephone number, paid course details, booking reference if available, and the date you want kitchen fitting to start.
You can email at the same time as making your online booking, or straight after paying. YTA checks your paid booking and availability, manually books the kitchen-fitting week, and arranges the £75 supplement.
The kitchen-fitting week is booked once YTA confirms it with you. It is not added automatically at checkout. Your final package total is £6,075, or £7,675 with Level 1 in all four ten-day trades.
This nine-week package includes one £750 offer saving. See the offer terms below.
Five Trades That Work Together on Real Projects
A bathroom replacement can involve plumbing, tiling, repairing plaster and working around timber fittings. A kitchen project can bring together units, worktops, pipework, walls and finishing details. Property maintenance often calls for several of these skills in the same home.
Understanding how those trades connect can help you plan work more confidently and develop the ability to complete more of a project yourself. You can also make better decisions about where your skills fit and when a job needs additional specialist support.
This programme suits people who want to invest substantial time in learning: aspiring property maintenance providers, career changers, existing tradespeople adding services, and landlords or renovators undertaking larger projects.

Your Package Price and £750 Saving
The standard package combines four £1,500 ten-day courses with the £825 kitchen fitting course:
- 10 days plumbing: £1,500.
- 10 days tiling: £1,500.
- 10 days plastering: £1,500.
- 10 days carpentry and joinery: £1,500.
- 5 days kitchen fitting: £825.
- Usual combined price: £6,825 including VAT.
- Current offer saving: £750.
- Your nine-week package total: £6,075 including VAT.
Under the current offer, the £750 value of one standard training week is applied towards kitchen fitting. You pay the remaining £75 because kitchen fitting costs £825. The £6,075 total already includes that £75.

Choose Level 1 in Some or All Four Ten-Day Trades
You can take the standard practical route throughout, or add formal assessment in the trades where you want it. Each eligible ten-day Level 1 upgrade costs £400 including VAT.
Choosing all four upgrades adds £1,600 to the standard offer price:
£6,075 + £1,600 = £7,675 including VAT.
This includes all 45 training days, the four Level 1 upgrades and the £75 kitchen-fitting supplement. The usual combined price would be £8,425, so you still save £750.
What Can You Achieve?
- Plumbing: Level 1 Award in Preparation for Plumbing Operations, following successful completion of the required assessments.
- Tiling: NOCN Cskills Level 1 unit accreditation for the assessed wall and floor tiling units.
- Plastering: NOCN Cskills Level 1 unit accreditation for the assessed plastering units.
- Carpentry and joinery: NOCN Cskills Level 1 unit accreditation for the assessed carpentry and joinery units.
The Level 1 routes provide recognised evidence of the assessments you have passed. You must complete the required assessments successfully. Kitchen fitting is Non-accredited with certificate of attendance.
When booking, choose one version of each ten-day trade: standard or Level 1. If you choose a mixture, your package total is £6,075 plus £400 for each Level 1 upgrade selected.

Build Towards a Broader Property Service
There is value in understanding a project beyond a single task. Learning across these five trades can help you recognise what needs preparing, how installations affect the next stage, and which finishing details bring a room together.
You might use the training as a starting point for:
- A property maintenance or home improvement service.
- Bathroom replacement work combining plumbing, tiling and plaster repairs.
- Kitchen fitting supported by carpentry, plumbing and finishing skills.
- Renovation projects on rental properties or your own home.
- Adding complementary services to an existing trade business.
You do not have to decide your entire working future before you begin. You may discover a particular trade you enjoy most, or find that combining several skills suits the work you want to offer.
Continue developing your experience after training and build up the jobs you undertake as your competence grows. These nine weeks give you a practical starting point and time to understand the direction you want to take.
Plan Your Training Around Your Commitments
Nine weeks means 45 training days. It does not require nine consecutive calendar weeks. You choose available dates on the individual course pages and can spread your training within the current offer terms.
Check both weeks of each ten-day booking, including any split dates. Foundation training must come before the advanced part of that trade. If the dates you need are not listed, or you want help planning the order, call 01274 682199.
For students travelling to Bradford, our travel information and accommodation guide can help you plan your stays.
