My husband has just completed a 2 week carpentry and joinery course here, he absolutely loved it!
He’s said he’s learnt so much and the staff there were all so helpful and friendly!
He’d definitely recommend anyone attending a course here!

The carpentry and joinery course runs for 10 days Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm with a maximum of 4 adult students per week.  This 10 day intensive ‘hands on practical’ course is ideal if you are wanting to start a career in carpentry and joinery and eventually move on to gain your Cskills NVQ level 2 Certificate in Site Carpentry. A new 5 star review from Carl Swanick who has just recently completed the NOCN Cskills Level 1 Certificate in Carpentry & Joinery. I attended the YTA course for the 2 week joinery and carpentry course which I found very helpful in teaching me all the skills. The training officer (Lawrence) was really patient and knowledgeable and also put me at ease if I made a mistake. Would recommend this course and YTA.

A new 5 star review from Andrew Noon who has just recently completed the YTA 5 day intensive plumbing course. The course covers plumbing in bathrooms, kitchens and radiators. Plumbing with various fittings from soldering, copper and plastic pipework including fault finding as a plumber. Thank you for a great 5 star review!

Thoroughly enjoyed the course. Lyndon our teacher explained clearly easy to follow. Would highly recommend to others. Beneficial to my job.

Brilliant basic tiling course. All instructors were really helpful and very accommodating. Will be returning in the near further to do the advanced tiling course.

I’ve completed 2 courses at YTA, worktop fitting and the 5 day plastering. I really enjoyed my time there, the staff are amazing and can’t do enough to help. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Learnt loads and would definitely recommend! Looking forward to returning to complete more courses in the future.
